Participants who register by 2nd November 2000 will be listed in the participants‘ directory. This directory will be handed out together with the conference proceedings at the beginning of the conference.

Conference fees
• DM 995,– (Euro 509,–)
• GTS members: DM 695,– (Euro 355,–)
• Students and senior citizens (without conference proceedings):
DM 245,– (Euro 125,–)
The conference fees are free of value added tax.

If not otherwise stated, the participation fees cover the conference proceedings, Bavarian refreshments, coffee and evening buffet with drinks (day 1), coffee with snacks and lunch time buffet with drinks (day 2).

In the case of prompt registration, participants’ tickets will be sent out with invoices.
Conference proceedings: DM 260,– (Euro 133,– / + VAT)

Conference fees must be paid by the beginning of the conference at the latest. Last minute payments by bank transfer must be verified by presenting the deposit receipt. If the deposit receipt is not presented, payment must be made at the conference office.

Cancellation
Please appreciate that in the case of written cancellation within 14 days of the conference we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee. This fee will not be charged if a replacement participant is named. If a registration is withdrawn on the day of the conference, or if a registered participant does not attend the conference, then the full fee must be paid.
The program is subject to changes made by the organizer. The organizer has the right to cancel the conference. Fees already paid will then be reimbursed.
The participant has no right to further claims.
