The third generation of High Velocity Oxy-Fuel Flame Spray Systems is constantly opening up an increasing number of new applications. The well established HVOF-colloquium, now taking place for the fifth time, will present the state of the art of this technology in use. It will inform about new research findings and recent developments in spray systems and spray materials. Special emphasis will be given to the economic efficiency of the new systems and materials and currently used applications.

The colloquium is suited to all experts in thermal spraying and those engineers and designers interested in the application of functional spray coatings. It presents the potential of the third generation HVOF systems and introduces HVOF wire spraying and Cold Spraying as new technologies.
