            In the Download section there is a registration card available
            in PDF format. After downloading, please print out, fill in and
            send the file by post or fax to the administration address.

            Participants who register by 14 November 2003 will be recorded
            in the official list of participants. The list of participants will be
            handed out with the proceedings at the beginning of the conference.

              Tour of the historic centre of Munich                    60 euros plus VAT (tax)

            Colloquium fees include:
            Bavarian lunch, coffee and buffet dinner with beverages (Day 1),
            Coffee and snacks, and buffet lunch with beverages (Day 2).

            The accompanying program on 27 November includes the bus transfer
            from Erding to Munich and back. The tour will only take place if we have
            enough participants!

            For registrations received well in time, conference tickets will be
            sent out with the invoice.

            Colloquium fees must be paid by the beginning of the conference
            at the latest. For transfer payments made shortly prior to the
            conference an authentic credit slip must be produced. If this slip
            cannot be produced, payment must be made at the conference office.

            Cancellation
            Please understand that a cancellation fee of 50 % of the attendance fee
            will be charged for written cancellations made within 14 days of the
            colloquium. This fee will not be charged if a substitute participant is
            designated. For cancellations made on the day of the colloquium, or for
            non-attendance by a registered participant, the full attendance fee will
            fall due. The conference program is subject to alterations. The organizer
            reserves the right to cancel the colloquium. Fees already paid will be
            reimbursed. Participants are entitled to no further damages.

            ATTENTION: Hotel reservations cannot be made via the organizers.
            Participants must book their rooms directly by the date specified,
            quoting the reference «HVOF».

            How to get there
            • From the motorway/freeway A9: at the motorway junction Neufahrn
              change to A92, direction Landshut, then take the exit Erding
            • From Munich airport: take Erdinger Allee to Erding
            • From Munich railway station: take the S-Bahn (local fast train),
              line S6 to Erding
            • From Munich by car: leave the A94 at exit M-Riem/Erding
              changing to Erdinger Landstr./ Münchener Str. to Erding
            In Erding follow the signs to «Landratsamt/Stadthalle» (Civic Hall)
            or use the park guidance system to the multi-storey car park P1.
            Free parking is available in the Civic Hall Erding / multi-storey car park
