The conference languages are German or English. All presentations will be translated simultaneously into German or English. The conference proceedings will be published in two languages German and English .

For your registration please use the online registration form or the PDF registration form in the download section.
After we have received and checked your registration, you will receive a confirmation of registration and an invoice. Please transfer the invoice amount to one of the accounts specified on the invoice.
Colloquium fees must be paid by the beginning of the conference at the latest. For transfer payments made shortly prior to the conference an authentic credit slip must be produced. If this slip cannot be produced, payment must be made at the conference office.

All prices quoted are before tax (VAT).
An invoice without VAT can only be issued in EU countries (except Germany)
if you send us your VATIN before we write the invoice.
Colloquium fees include:
• Conference proceedings (if not otherwise stated)
• Snacks, coffee and evening buffet with beverages (day 1)
• Coffee with snacks and buffet lunch with drinks (day 2)
Please understand that a cancellation fee of 50 % of the attendance fee will be charged for written cancellations made within 14 days of the colloquium. This fee will not be charged if a substitute participant is designated. For cancellations made on the day of the colloquium, or for non-attendance by a registered participant, the full attendance fee will fall due. The conference program is subject to alterations. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the colloquium. Fees already paid will be reimbursed. Participants are entitled to no further damages.
PLEASE NOTE: Hotel bookings cannot be made through the organisers.
Each participant must book their own room.

From the motorway / freeway A9: at the motorway junction Neufahrn
change to
A92, direction Landshut / Deggendorf, then take the exit Erding.

From Munich airport: take Erdinger Allee to Erding.
In Erding follow the signs to «Landratsamt / Stadthalle» (Civic Hall) or use

guidance system to the multi-storey car park P1.
• By public transport:
From Munich city centre, Munich Main Station or the "Neue Messe München", you can reach Erding S-Bahn station every 20 to 40 minutes on the S2 line. From there, it is a 3-minute walk to the town centre or an 10-minute walk to the Erding Civic Hall (eventforum ERDING).
