The exhibition will take place in the foyer (ground floor) of the Civic Hall (Stadthalle) in Erding during the entire colloquium. We are expecting around 300 international participants active in the field of thermal spray applications, research, hardware and materials. The conference lunch, dinner, breaks and closing buffet on Friday will take place directly in the exhibition area, and therefore provide the ideal setting for technical exchanges between visitors and exhibitors.
Due to the size and facilities of the Civic Hall (Stadthalle) in Erding, the number of booths and space per booth is limited!
Booth space:
2 × 2 m approx single booth, 4 × 2 m double booth; showcases, brackets, etc. to be supplied by
exhibitor.
Booth design:
All booths consist of 2.2-m-high white wall elements. The back wall of all
booths is approx. 2 m wide and is made up of 2 wall elements. Booths located
next to each other are separated by a dividing wall with a width of 0.5 m.
For stabilizing purposes, a 1-m-wide dividing wall is mounted on the
outside.
Posters:
On the back wall of the booth there is an area of approx. 2 m width for
posters, displays, etc. Lighting (LED area lights) is available for the back
wall. All posters and exhibits must be mounted in a non-destructive manner.
Assembly / disassembly:
Delivery and set-up of exhibits must take place on the day before
the event, Wednesday, 28 October 2026 between 12.00 midday and 6.00
pm. Disassembly on Friday after the colloquium.
Booth furnishings / equipment:
Tables and chairs can be provided by Stadthalle Erding if required. 220-V
power supply connections are available; exhibitors need to provide their own
multi-socket power strips. For the booking of additional exhibition furniture, please download the booking form and return the completed form to the GTS office no later than 3 weeks before the event:

Booth staff:
The booth fee for a single booth includes one person to staff the booth; for a double booth, it includes two persons.
For additional booth staff (up to two further people per booth), a fee of 210 euros per person will be charged.
The fees include catering for both days. Registration of booth staff can be done
informally via the GTS Head Office, see contact. Please provide the names of all
persons.
Please note: Booth staff are not entitled to attend the conference program. If you wish to take part in the program, you will require a standard registration. In this case, please use the ►online registration.

Single booth: 1,600 euros (plus VAT only in Germany
Double booth: 2,600 euros (plus VAT only in Germany
All prices quoted are before tax (VAT). An invoice without VAT can only
be issued in EU countries (except Germany) if you send us your VATIN before
we write the invoice.
